Refund policy
Products purchased from our online store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of placing your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from our online store, contact us via the chat box on this site, or send an email to contact@mixxprojects.com. Make sure you have a copy of your receipt!
For your item to be eligible for return, it must be unused and in the condition it was received in. If your item was damaged during shipping, please photo-document the damage as soon as you receive it and let us know.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will handle jewelry repairs within three months of purchase. In the case of artists who do not accept repairs, we will allow for exchange due to damages within three months of purchase. Receipt must be present on submitting a damaged piece for repair or exchange. Jewelry that has been damaged as a result of mishandling by the customer cannot be exchanged, and in the event it can be repaired, the customer will be responsible for any repair costs, including shipping to and from the designer.
Gift cards, artwork, furniture, lighting, and special order items are final sale and not eligible for return.
